Who AFH Serves:
Program and Services Outcomes:
- Among 39 Camp Hope 2016 attendees aged 13-16 who participated in a group session about HIV, 97 percent reported understanding what their medication does and 95% understood the importance of being medically adherent.
- 100% of HIV+ residents living in six AFH residential complexes are linked into care.
- Nearly 1,200 people were tested at AFH testing events between Oct. 1, 2015 and Sept. 30, 2016. Approximately 2% were found to be HIV+.
Food Pantry Outcomes:
- Approximately 40,000 lbs. of nutritious food was supplied to clients through Stone Soup, not including that which was provided as part of our Harvey Storm Relief program.
